Where does Mellow ship to?
Mellow currently only ships within Hong Kong.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above HKD600.00. Orders under HKD600.00 will be subject to a HKD38.00 shipping fee.
*If you pay in a currency other than US Dollars, the shipping fee is converted accordingly.

How long will dispatch and delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping time ranges from 3-7 business days.

In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we’d like to note that our deliveries may take a little longer to reach you as we have implemented health and safety measures to protect our logistics team at our warehouse. If you have not received an email notification containing your tracking code within 7 days of placing an order, please reach out to us at hello@mellowasia.store and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

What is Mellow’s Return, Refund and Exchange Policy?
While we do not accept returns and refunds, if you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a 7 Days Exchange guarantee if below conditions are met:

1) The merchandise is still in its original packaging with original boxes and labeling stickers attached and intact. Merchandise is unopened, unused and in the condition originally sold; and that the Merchandise is not damaged or soiled in any way. 
2) The original receipt is presented. 
3) We only accept one-time exchange.
4) Email hello@mellowasia.store for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

You may visit our retail store for exchange based on stock availability. If you choose to exchange with a product of lower price value than your original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded. If you choose to exchange with a product of higher price value, you will make up for the price difference.

If you’d like to arrange an exchange by courier, you will be responsible for paying the courier shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days after delivery, at hello@mellowasia.store with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. 

Mellow Asia Limited reserves the right to accept or reject requests for exchange at our sole discretion unless otherwise required by law.
